There is a thin line separating confidence and being blind. As consultants, being confident is the way we carry ourselves and that is the business we are in. No clients would speak to and interact with consultants who are in doubt of what they do. Yet we are extremely careful not to be blind. It is important and at TRO Consulting, we acknowledge that even the outstanding ones have blind spots. So we check the mirror.

We constantly seek advice from the experienced ones amongst us and we constantly seek feedback from our clients. We listen to improve and to grow. We have to be the best we can be.
That is how we thrive through tough play on integrity. Integrity to us is doing the right thing and confronting our blind spots is the right thing for us to do.
