As simple as this sounds, it is actually difficult in practice. TRI Consulting put punctuality at the top of our priority list. We know that it is important for clients to recognize us for prompt response. Everyone knows that delays happen. We know too. Traffic, car trouble and illness derails all of us at some point in time.
Once in a while when unforeseen circumstances do arise, we make good our word to communicate.
We may lose some meeting time. But we gain respect.
